The only time I read the labels on food is a) to see what it is I'm buying (I find this helps) and b) to very occasionally to see what the ingredients are. I have little or no regard for the fat/ salt/ sugar/ crap content. Chances are, the higher the crap content, the better it tastes. I do eat a lot of fruit and veg, exercise...but that's nothing to do with you!
